Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received by the customer.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Proper unboxing video and product images are required as proof.

Products returned without proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Products damaged by customer misuse
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Size/color preference issues unless wrong item delivered

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

If approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may need to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Exchange

Exchange is available only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received damaged or defective

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
